The ingredients in Amino Miracle Diet drops include thirteen Amino Acids in a complex of L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, L-Cystein, GABA, L-Glutamine, L-Glutathione, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Ornithine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Taurine, L-Theanine, and L-Tyrosine.  Other ingredients are gelatin and rice powder.  Amino Miracle Capsules contain NO artificial coloring, artificial flavor, preservatives, yeast, lactose, salt/sodium, soy, sugar, glutin, starch or wheat.

Amino acids are the “building blocks” that make up protein.  Protein is used by every cell in our body. Proteins make up the organs, glands, muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc. They are essential for the growth, repair and healing of the body. Proteins regulate hormones, enzymes and the body’s water balance. They help with the exchange of nutrients in the blood and lymph system. The list goes on and on. In short, proteins are essential to life - every plant, every animal and every living being requires protein to function.

Each amino acid has its own name and unique duties to perform.  Some of these amino acids serve as fuel for the brain’s mood and appetizer regulating engines.  In fact, the lower your access to amino fuel, the more false mood symptoms you can develop.  Some amino acids can effectively reverse brain deficiencies that cause false moods, food cravings, and ravenous appetites.  Other amino acids improve strength, energy, fat loss, muscle, immune system, regulate hormones and blood sugar, and can help decrease the desire for carbohydrates.

You may think you are getting enough amino acids from food, but diets that are high in refined sugars and processed carbohydrates can cause you to become protein/amino acid deficient. Because the body can’t store amino acids it will break down its own protein structure, including healthy muscle, to meet the need for single amino acids.

Combining Amino Miracle Capsules with our low-glycemic diet will not only allow for fast, healthy, comfortable weight loss, but may also relieve food cravings, and the depression, irritability, anxiety, and over-stress that triggers them.

Following is a description of each of the thirteen amino acids in Amino Miracle Capsules.

L-Arginine (Muscle/Organs/Skin/Joints) L-Arginine is needed to help keep the liver, skin, joints, and muscles healthy. Arginine helps strengthen the body's immune system, and regulates hormones and blood sugar.  Signs that you may need to supplement your diet with L-Arginine include slow healing of wounds, hair loss, constipation, and skin rashes.  Anyone wishing to lose weight, build muscle, or strengthen the immune system also may want to consider supplementation.

L-Carnitine (Energy/Fat Burner) L-Carnitine helps the body produce energy.  L-Carnitine transfers fat to the mitochondria chambers in your body's cells to be metabolized into energy and not stored as fat.  It is important for heart and brain funcion, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

L-Cysteine (Antioxidant/Blood Sugar/Digestion/Skin/Exercise Recovery)  The primary health benefits of L-Cysteine derive from its antioxidant properties, which helps support the body’s natural ability to manage and regulate blood sugar levels. It supports digestive health, manages blood sugar levels and maintains the skin’s appearance.   L-Cysteine can also help your skin to maintain a healthy appearance, since it’s an essential component of the proteins that make up connective tissue. L-Cysteine can help you recover from exercise more quickly by suppressing free radical production, which can cause cellular damage through oxidative stress.

GABA Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid (Energy Balance) GABA is one of the master communicators among neurons, playing a role in controlling energy balance.  GABA is one of your body’s primary neurotransmitters, and acts to calm your central nervous system. Research has shown the GABA supplement to be effective in natural treatment for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and addiction.  GABA helps to calm your body and mind down, which promotes relaxation. A GABA deficiency is thought to play a major role in many chronic health conditions.

L-Glutamine (Brain Fuel)  - L-Glutamine is more involved in the metabolic processes than any other amino acid. It works to build the lining of the intestines, calm an upset stomach, and repair problems in the stomach's lining, including minor ulcers. In addition, glutamine enhances memory and passes through the protective brain barrier. Finally, L-Glutamine also works to prevent muscle loss.

L-Glutathione (Powerful Antioxidant) – L-Glutathione acts as a powerful antioxidant and detoxifier that protects cells from free radicals and oxidative stress and boosts the immune system.  The levels of L-Glutathione in the cells of the human body begin to decline after the age of twenty.  Decreased L-Glutathione levels have been linked to a number of age-related diseases, including Alzheimer’s and macular degeneration. A study of patients with heart disease found that the lower the levels of glutathione, the more likely they were to have a heart attack.  L-Glutathione has also been used to treat Parkinson’s disease, sickle cell anemia, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and poisoning, as it is able to detoxify the body of heavy metals such as mercury.

L-Lysine  (Immune System Skin/Nails/Hair) - L-Lysine is one of the 8 essential amino acids and one of the 22 proteinogenic amino acids. It cannot be produced by the human body and must be consumed in its entirety with the diet.  L-Lysine plays a particularly important role in the immune system. It is involved in the development of antibodies and has important antiviral properties.  Studies show that this particular amino acid is especially beneficial for safeguarding against herpes virus. L-Lysine has been shown to decrease occurrences of anxiety1 and it assists with the formation of collagen and muscle tissue.  It is also involved in protein biosynthesis.  An L-Lysine deficiency may therefore result in broken skin, fragile nails and in extreme cases loss of hair.  There is also evidence that L-lysine increases the effectiveness of L-Arginine in promoting human growth hormone (HGH) release. Studies found that HGH was increased when weightlifters ingested L-Arginine and L-Lysine without exercise.

L-Methionine – (Hormones/Proteins/Antioxidant) - L-Methionine influence many functions within the body as one of the building blocks for several critical proteins and hormones.  L-Methionine has antioxidant properties and can therefore protect the body from toxic substances and free radicals.  It reacts with the damaging substances thereby preventing other substances or cells from being destroyed.  The capacity of the body to excrete substances through urine is affected by the amount of L-Methionine in the body and a deficiency can lead to problems in this area, such as fluid retention and oedemata.  At the same time, susceptibility to infections and the tendency towards arteriosclerosis and hair loss increases. It is therefore important to ensure the sufficient intake of this vital substance, and relevant supplements can be used to this endL-Carnitine is necessary for the energy metabolism of the body and enables the transport of long-chain fatty acids through the mitochondrial membrane.  In this way, it can also contribute to the detoxification of heavy metals (such as mercury from dental fillings) through the formation of complexes and of cartilage. L-Methionine is involved in the synthesis of a number of different substances and contributes therefore to the maintenance of health and fitness, which is why it can be seen as a vital substance. Additionally, it influences many physiological processes and can therefore be used in the prophylaxis and treatment of certain conditions.  L-Methionine is a precursor of L-Cysteine and L-Taurine and is essential for the synthesis of these substances.

L-Ornithine (Muscle Builder) Amino Acid - Helps build muscle and reduce body fat, especially when combined with the amino acids arginine and carnitine. L-Ornithine is also needed for the formation of citrulline, proline, and glutamic acid, three amino acids that help supply energy to every cell in the body.

L-Phenylalanine (Mental Clarity) – L-Phenylalanine is an essential, alpha amino acid. L-Phenylalanine deficiency can cause mental confusion, reduced alertness, lethargy, depression, memory impairment and loss of appetite.

L-Taurine (Cholesterol/Antioxidant/ Blood Flow) - L-Taurine can lower your cholesterol by improving gallbladder function which can then eliminate cholesterol through bile, according to studies, which also found that the L-Taurine supplementation reduced liver and blood cholesterol levels in the treated group.  L-Taurine functions as a "potent" antioxidant. Free radicals attack cells in your body and can cause chronic conditions such as cancer, eye disease, and possibly diabetes. L-Taurine can help to protect your body from free radical damage.  L-Taurine supplementation can increase secretion of nitric oxide, which dilates your blood vessels and improves blood flow and delivery of oxygen to your muscles.  L-Taurine plays an important role in many aspects of your cardiovascular system. This amino acid helps to move key nutrients, such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, in and out of your heart's cells to improve its functioning. Low levels of L-Taurine have been found in patients who suffered a heart attack.

L-Theanine – (Stress/Immune System) L-Theanine is an amino acid found most commonly in tea leaves, both black and green. Research indicates that L-Theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness.  Most known for helping people relax, L-Theanine has many other potential health benefits, including anxiety and stress release.  Some research also suggests that L-Theanine may improve the function of the body’s immune system.

L-Tyrosine - (Stress/Energy/Appetite) – L-Tyrosine helps reduce stress, increase energy, and control appetite. Tyrosine works best when combined with carnitine.
