Sample Menus

You will create your own menus from the list of allowed foods in our Regular Menu or Vegetarian Menu.

Here is a sample of what your menu could look like.

Day 1
Breakfast: Eggs Florentine with Fresh Berries and Coffee with Cream
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Spicy Cajun Chicken Salad with Creamy Dressing and Melba Toast
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Egg Drop Soup with Avocado and Tomato Salad

Day 2
Breakfast: Greek Yogurt and Berries and Green Tea
Snack: Almonds & Apple
Lunch: Cajun Veggies and Black Beans
Snack: Roasted Green Beans
Dinner: Grilled Steak, Mushrooms, and Asparagus

Day 3
Breakfast: Protein Smoothie Fresh Strawberries
Snack: Greek Yogurt with Berries
Lunch: Salad with Grilled Chicken, Black Beans, Chopped Vegetables and Creamy Avocado Dressing
Snack: Wasa Cracker and Roasted Eggplant
Dinner: Cajun Chicken Stir-fry
